Black Woman Hoodoo Practitioner Root WomanBITTER HERB BATH RECIPE AND SWEET BATH RECIPE

Bitter Herb baths are good to help purify your aura and stabilize your vibrations. It is good to followup a birtter herb bath up with sweet baths. Recipes for both are provided.

How to make the baths: Simmer the herbal ingredients in water. I usually simmer them for at least 13 minutes. Then they should be strained and cooled. Label them when cooled. Use them as quickly as possible, because the herbal baths made in water do spoil or grow mold.

BITTER BATH ONE

Romero (rosemary)
Ruda (rue)
Kosher Rock Salt
Florida Water
(spiritually) clean water (like Holy Water)

Boil the romero and ruda in one gallon of water. Allow this mixture to cool. Strain the liquid from this mixture to cool. Strain the liquid from the mixture into a large bowl. Add the kosher rock salt to the liquid mixture. Add the clean spirit water to the liquid mixture. Next add the florida water to the liquid mixture and pour the liquid mixture into your bath water.

Sit in the bath for 30 minutes. Take it for three consecutive days (at the same hour to be more consistent.)

BITTER BATH TWO – Negative vibrations bath

Rompe Saraguey (Boneset)
Epazote
Yerba Buena (Spearmint)
Rue

This is a very “green” mixture. Extremely effective though!

SWEET BATHS RECIPES

Follow any bitter herb bath with a sweet bath like a milk and honey bath or one of these two baths (for example)

Sweet Bath #1

Lilac flowers
milk
rose water
coconut water
(spiritually) clean water (i.e. Holy Water)

Boil the lilac flowers in a gallon of water and allow the mixture to cool. Strain the liquid from the mixture into a large bowl and add the coconut water to the liquid mixture. Add the rose water to the liquid mixture and then add the clean water to the mixture. Pour the liquid mixture into your bath water and sit in the bath for 30 minutes. This should also be taken for three consecutive days (as mentioned above with the bitter herb bath this sweet herb bath is to follow).

But as with anything, all the herbs in the world and opposing perceptions that one has is like putting a negative one and a positive one together; they will cancel each other out. It is always good to bathe with clean intentions and never with the intent to avenge, curse, hex, jinx or reverse... the Universe always takes care of all of these things on our behalf.

Sweet Bath #2

Lavender
Roses
Myrtle
Sage
